The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, with a warm manner and strong work ethic. Food and drink choices were impressive, with Western and local dishes in both hot and cold options. I liked being able to try Singaporean food. The signature laksa, chicken meatballs, garlic naan, and paneer stood out, and the housemade kaya and hazelnut cake were memorable desserts. The layout suits travelers, with regular tables and chairs for quick meals and private pods for longer rests. I found the lounge very comfortable for eating and relaxing, and the atmosphere was pleasant during my transit at Changi Airport. It may get considerably busier at peak times. There was a decent, clean shower room, though the hot food could have been kept warmer.

The lounge had a welcoming feel, good lighting, and enough space between tables and chairs to avoid feeling cramped while waiting to board. Seating included solo couches with power outlets and side tables, as well as a proper dining table. I entered around 2 p.m. on a Friday using Dragon Pass, with no wait, and it wasn't too crowded. There were plenty of seats. Food gets 9/10: a wide selection, likely better than the outlets by the gates. The laksa was warm and on point, the chicken yakitori fresh and tasty, and the baked fish okay. Alcohol selection was decent, with whisky, vodka, wine, and beer. Service gets 9/10. Most dishes were well stocked, though a few needed a few minutes to be replenished. Tables were clean and staff were helpful. Great experience, and I'd recommend this lounge.

I went at 1 a.m. on a Wednesday to see how it was late at night. It was lively but less hectic than during the day, and staff refilled the hot food, including around 1 to 1:30 a.m. That makes it a good choice for red-eye travelers who still want hot food and facilities. The fish congee was smooth and flavorful without any fishy taste. The DIY laksa station had thick broth and sambal, and the teriyaki chicken skewers were very tender but ran out quickly. Other options included breads, cereal, cold cuts, soups, salads, desserts, and plenty of drinks, including alcohol. Facilities include spacious shower rooms with toiletries and a hairdryer, massage chairs, lots of seating, solo booths, and power sockets.

There was a crowd, but the lounge is spacious, with a nicely decorated table area and layout. The food was tasty, and staff replenished things quickly and cleared used utensils very fast.
