There was nowhere to sit except a small round table, no cupboard or shelf for clothes, and the room barely had space beyond the bed. The bathroom had no mirror, and there was no phone to call the front desk or TV. They even sell condoms at reception, which I found inappropriate. The worst hotel I’ve seen in my life, not a good place to stay.

The room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we had to wait again while staff checked and set it up. They were slow and unprofessional. It was also very dirty and dusty, with an obvious layer of dust on the table, and the TV didn’t work.

The bed and comforter were comfortable, but there were bugs in the toilet, water dripped from the air-con leak in the ceiling, and the TV was set to Chinese.

There’s a tiny cafeteria, and the bunk beds could be difficult for an older group to use.

Other guests talked on video calls in the common living room around midnight, while it was evening for their relatives. It was too noisy.
