Manli at reception made a real difference. She was warm and welcoming, went out of her way to meet our needs, and even joined in a few jokes with us. The hotel's staff were all friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I also noticed and admired the diversity of the team, including elderly staff and people with disabilities. It says a lot about the hotel's culture. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful details throughout. The whole place feels calm and luxurious. I was impressed from the moment I arrived at the PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering. A fantastic experience, and one I'd happily recommend to anyone visiting Singapore.

Brent was a highlight of our stay, helping with recommendations, organizing things smoothly, and always taking time to assist with a smile. It was a pleasure seeing him each day, and he must be the best bellboy in Singapore. The whole team made us feel welcome and well cared for, with warm, attentive, professional service. The hotel has distinctive design, with light wood tones, sculpted wooden structures, and greenery on every level. It feels airy and calm in the middle of a huge, vibrant city. The pool was nice, but the layout felt a little unusual, it lacked direct sunlight for much of the day, and it got crowded at times. We had a wonderful stay at the PARKROYAL on Pickering and will happily return. Thank you to the team.

Breakfast had a good variety, and the service was very good, with friendly staff. The Asian feel of this modern hotel works well, and the location is excellent, near Chinese quarters, the mrt, and shopping centers. There were some minor room maintenance issues, but nothing crucial. I'd suggest adding more bathroom lighting and à la carte options for lunch and dinner instead of only a buffet. Definitely recommended.

A complimentary room upgrade made our honeymoon stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering even more special. The team also prepared a lovely cake and note for my wife and me, a thoughtful gesture we really appreciated. Everyone we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and very well located for exploring Singapore. We felt well cared for throughout, and the comfort, service, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it, especially to couples celebrating a special occasion. Thanks again to the whole team.

The Collection Lounge and Lime Buffet were both excellent, and everyone we met made us feel welcome and special. We spent a week in Singapore, and this beautiful property felt like a luxurious oasis amid the busy city. Its elegant room and gracious hospitality made it a wonderful experience, with little touches that made us feel cared for. The Chinatown location is great, with easy access to the rest of the city. We'll definitely stay there again.
