The gym and pool were a nice way to start the day, with a workout followed by a refreshing cool-down. Both were enjoyable and perfectly fine, though the gym could use more types of equipment and the pool area could use extra seating. We spent two nights here during our time in Singapore and found the stay comfortable and pleasant. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful from arrival, making check-in and checkout easy and stress-free. Our room was modern, clean and well maintained. The small kitchen was well equipped and made the stay more comfortable and convenient. We’d happily consider staying here again.

The pool looked lovely, though I didn't take a photo, and the whole hotel felt welcoming and well set up. There’s a laundromat by the lobby, refreshments for guests, and a Starbucks coffee machine you can pay to use. I also really liked the complimentary coffee sachets. They tasted great and weren't the usual boring Nescafe ones. The shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were wonderfully fragrant. Slippers weren't in the room, but the staff kindly brought some when we asked. It was a really enjoyable staycation, and I can see why the place has won several awards.

The location is unmatched, and the rooms are spacious enough, with a kitchenette. The lobby detox water is superb, and the reception and lobby staff were kind and helpful throughout my fantastic seven-night stay from 6th jan to 13th jan. The grab-and-go breakfast is the one concern for me. As a vegetarian, I didn't find it up to the mark, and I hope someone can offer more choices. I’m returning on 20th jan for another three nights and booked without breakfast. Since I come to Singapore for medical reasons and will need to return more often, I’d love to keep staying here. I’ve already made the booking and hope a staff member can help me find a few vegetarian breakfast options this time. Nothing else to complain about. See you all again on 20th jan.

Rochor MRT is very close, and Little India MRT is an easy walk. There are plenty of vegetarian restaurants nearby, which made this the most convenient choice for me because of the location and food options. I was hesitant after seeing mixed reviews, but stayed a few days. This is a self-service hotel with limited service. You handle your own luggage at check-in and checkout, and I really wish someone were available to help with it. The reception staff were friendly. Cleaning happens 3/4 times a week, and the staff do a good job. The rooms are clean and well appointed, though small, as is common in Singapore. The kitchenette has a hob, oven, chimney, fridge, kettle, sink, and basic utensils, so you don't have to wash dishes in the bathroom. The bathroom was kept neat. It's not a luxury option, but it worked well for me.
