V Hotel Bencoolen

The MRT ride from Changi T2 via Expo and the Downtown Line to Bencoolen is really straightforward, with no terminal change, and that convenience is a big reason I keep choosing this hotel. There are food options everywhere too, including a food court next door, Toast Box nearby and Indian food just a few metres away. This was my fourth visit, and the location is unbeatable, with spotless rooms every time. I was first given a room facing a wall, though on earlier stays I'd always had a particular room and view. I called the Front Office, and Henry came up himself with a new key. Within 15 minutes he'd moved me to a room overlooking skyscrapers. Really thoughtful and efficient service. Huge thanks to Henry! Best location. Periodt.

The staff were so kind and helpful. They gave us a free early check-in and even arranged a room on our last day so we could shower before heading to the airport. The rooms are small, but very clean and quiet. With the hotel right above a metro station, getting around town or to and from the airport was incredibly convenient. A great choice for our Singapore stay, and we'd definitely come back. Highly recommended for a city visit ☺️

Being close to the MRT worked really well for us, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was quite compact, but clean, with a firm, comfortable bed and a good shower. We barely used the terrace because it rained in the late afternoons. Breakfast at the cafe next door was okay, though a little disappointing. We wanted good-quality accommodation handy to the central area and were pleased with our choice. We’d consider staying here again.

Housekeeping was exceptional, especially Ivy, and Abu was great to talk with when I shared some feedback. We were moved up to a studio, which felt spacious with its upper deck. Having a pool and gym equipment was a nice extra, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, including places open late. The hotel sits right above Bencoolen MRT, so getting around is easy. I’d recommend it for either a short or longer Singapore stay.
