I spent a month in a Classique Queen studio. The room was very clean, with air purifiers throughout, and the management handled a noisy neighbor well. After a warning, they asked the person to leave when the noise and shouting continued, and even had to call the Police. Coliwoo has great locations in general, and this one was no exception. The studio is compact but practical, and comfortable for one person. Two people would find it less comfortable. There’s almost no shared space, just a tiny spot with seats for three or four, and no gym, pool, or other amenities. Toiletries were supplied only once during my month-long stay. One issue was the weekly maintenance schedule: a public holiday fell on the cleaning day, so the apartment went two weeks without being cleaned. They could at least have arranged another day.

My parents stayed at Coliwoo 288 River Valley from Feb 15-21 and had a really good visit. It’s very handy for getting around, with a bus stop right nearby and Fort Canning MRT station close by. The rest of their stay went smoothly. There were two small snags at the start: the keycard wouldn’t open the main door, and the bathroom door was very difficult to shut. It might be an unusual design, or it may need some maintenance. Thanks to the Coliwoo 288 River Valley team. We’d definitely consider booking again.

The room was fine, though a little small for me. It had the basics, including cutlery and utensils, plus a comfy bed and great AC. Customer service was excellent. Kudos.

The room was fully equipped, tidy, and smelled nice. We loved staying here, it was easy to get around on foot and felt like a home away from home.

There are small shops and takeaways with reasonable prices just down the street, and the transport links are handy, with a bus stop nearby and an MRT station not too far away. I found the location very convenient. Management is proactive and quick to respond when I have a question.
