I had a ground-floor room with closed windows and no natural light. It was noisy all night, especially around 2, 3, and 4 in the morning, with loud laughter and exaggerated noises coming from reception. I called to warn them, but the staff kept shouting, chatting, and laughing even at 4 am. This hotel is pointless, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

We stayed for seven nights, and they let us check in early without charging extra, which was really nice. Cups in the room could use changing. The hotel is within walking distance of Lavemder MRT and the bus stations.

The corridor noise was awful around midnight. People walked past talking loudly, and every word carried into the room. The basin pipe also leaked whenever I turned on the tap. I reported it and asked reception to move us, but they refused. Someone came to look that night, yet it still wasn't fixed after our two-night stay. The room itself was far from clean: hairs all over the toilet floor, a small cockroach, and stained, grubby-looking sheets. We couldn't even adjust the temperature because the air-conditioning control didn't work. We expected a basic clean stay and got the opposite. It's listed as a two-star hotel, but I'd give it zero.

We arrived around midnight, and the room felt stuffy and hot with its centralized air conditioning. The front desk staff weren't welcoming and didn't help when I asked about changing the temperature. Somehow it was more comfortable outside than in the room. At 120++, I didn't think the stay was worth the price. 😢

We spent one night here and found it good value for the money. The hotel is nicely located, with tourist attractions within walking distance. My husband and I had a nice stay. 🇵🇰🇵🇰
