Good Wi-Fi and a handy location, with food spots close by and shopping malls within a short to reasonable walk. I’d still be happy to stay here again, though a few small changes could make things better. The room was clean and restocked, but on two of my five days used glasses and other utensils hadn’t been replaced. Staff were helpful, though not consistently warm. The room itself was okay for the price, but pricey given that breakfast isn’t included and there isn’t even a water bottle in the room. You can fill water from a jar downstairs. The AC was uncomfortable for me, and turning it off left a lot of condensation on the floor.

We had a pleasant stay. The staff answered all our questions and were very helpful. When we visited, they also had free tourist passes for some Sentosa activities. The location worked well, near Bugis MRT, Dominoes, McDonalds and a laundromat. There were plenty of toiletries and a free minibar. The room wasn’t fully soundproof, and the bed took up most of the space, leaving little room for luggage.

The call to prayer from Sultan Mosque, just down the road, was quite audible. Some mornings it starts at 6am, and on some nights it carries on at intervals until midnight. The first morning was an early one, though I got used to it, and it’s outside the hotel’s control. I stayed six nights, from 13th-18th March 2026, and for someone used to travelling on a fairly low budget, the value went well beyond what I expected. My single room was perfectly adequate for one person, even if smaller than an average hotel room. At $90-100SGD a night, I didn’t expect more. It came with a good-sized bathroom, a strong shower, daily room make-up, 24/7 air conditioning, a complimentary minibar, working TV, safe, dental kit, comfortable bed and a choice of pillow types. Getting around was easy. Two MRT stations, Jalen Besar and Bugis, are a three- to four-minute walk away, and Bugis has several lines. Marina Bay, Clarke Quay, Raffles and Downtown were about five minutes away by train. Taxis were cheap too, no more than $20SGD to Sentosa or Changi airport. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. A very pleasant stay for the price. I’d definitely come back.

A good, clean hotel at an affordable price, with nice staff and big rooms. You can get drinking water from a machine. Just be aware it’s near a well-known Muslim mosque, with lots of Muslim restaurants in the area, and an old graveyard. If that’s fine with you, it’s a 10/10.
