The bed was comfortable, and the aircon worked well. My room on the 7th floor was quiet, with a good amount of space, though there was nowhere to store clothes and no drawers. Housekeeping did a good job each day, and the bathroom was clean. For my trip, the location was handy, with public transport a 5 to 10 minute walk away. It's a nicely purpose-built hotel.

The rooms are compact and simple, but they're maintained really well and felt clean, fresh, and comfortable throughout. In Singapore, the price offers strong value. Catching a bus to the center is easy, and there weren't traffic jams. It's a decent budget option. What bothered me was the squeaking from chairs and luggage racks being moved in other rooms. The sound carries through the concrete and you hear it all day. I wonder why an experienced hotel chain hasn't found a fix.

There are lots of food choices nearby, halal included, and public transport is close. I stayed here on my last Singapore holiday and found it worth the price. Great service too, especially from the friendly and helpful receptionists Kyroz, Mark, and Ibony. I'll definitely stay again.

The room was big enough for up to 3 people, and WiFi was fast. They also had a water dispenser in the lobby with unlimited water available 24 hours a day. The service was great, and the room was very budget friendly, worth every penny.
