The apartments are great value, though the staff are what really stand out. They were so kind and ready to help whenever needed. Thanks so much, and especially to Song for being so kind. 😄

The bed was comfortable, and the washing machine worked well. They also provided detergent, and the kitchen had the utensils we needed. Most other things worked fine, but the place felt run down and could use refurbishment. Our blind was broken, so we had to switch on the lights in daytime, and the iron gave off dust or something when used. Wi-fi was so weak that I relied on mobile data most of the time. Some spots needed a better clean too, including beside the bed and in the wardrobes, where someone had left their boxers. I hope management makes plans for maintenance and upgrades to the rooms.

Watching the sunset from the kitchen’s high chair became my favourite part of the day. The view took in landed houses in front and high-rises behind them. My one-bedroom apartment at JJH was cosy and comfortable, and Catherine and Ahmad were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond throughout my stay. I’ll treasure those evenings. Thank you, JJH.

The level 6 apartment was quiet and comfortable, and the rates were reasonable. During my eight days there, Catherine responded quickly and Akai was always ready to help. They made sure I was comfortable and brought essentials promptly. I’d gladly stay again and would give this service apartment five stars.
