The room was worth what we paid, and the toilet was spacious and clean. They should leave some tissues on the guest table.

We booked two rooms for six guests, four adults and two children, for two nights (23/5-24/5). The pictures showed two decent rooms, but on arrival we were put in one cramped little room with two queen beds and lots of small cockroaches. The room phone, fridge, and safe weren’t working, the sheets were dirty, and the Wi-Fi was under maintenance. We complained and had to fight for a refund because this wasn’t what we’d paid for. They eventually moved us into the rooms we had actually booked. It felt like they were trying to scam people with fake photos. I’d suggest paying extra to stay elsewhere.

We were shocked to find the room full of cockroaches when we checked in. Both the room and bathroom smelled terrible and were extremely dirty, making the stay very uncomfortable. When we raised it with the staff, they answered rudely instead of dealing with the complaint professionally, which made us even more frustrated.

The toilet was dirty, and the place was infested with cockroaches. I complained at reception and was offered a different room, but it had the same problem. After I complained again, housekeeping came with cockroach spray. I wouldn’t stay here even if it were free.
