The facilities need a lot of work, so I gave comfort just 2/5. The room was generally clean, though there was a stain on the quilt or blanket, earning 4/5 for cleanliness. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and checkout went smoothly, both worth 5/5. The location was very convenient and close to everything, 5/5. For the price, it's still worth it, especially because of the location and service, 5/5.

For a one-night stopover, it worked well. It's close to the tube, which is brilliant, and there are plenty of restaurants right nearby. Just remember it's a backpackers place, so you get what you pay for. It was noisy because a group of ladies were staying next door.

The bathrooms were a mess and the sheets were dirty. I watched a guy clean a capsule, and it was absolutely against code. The whole place smelled like a urinal cake. I've never set foot in a dirtier, more disgusting place, and I don't think you'll be able to sleep here. The service people were pretty chill, but their sense of hygiene is...

The beds could be a bit more comfortable, but there's lots of room to move around inside the capsule. The location is perfect, close to bus service, and the staff are really helpful and friendly. It was my first time seeing anything like this in Singapore, visiting from Vancouver Canada, and I had a wonderful time. It's a very unique experience here, and I'll definitely be back.

When my friend had an urgent family situation, they wouldn't let us cancel even with a week's notice. Then at check-in the cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and when we didn't stay a single night, staff wouldn't help us ask for a partial refund. The service was unhelpful and showed no empathy. Avoid this.
