Newton Station is only a short walk away, and we enjoyed our stay enough that we’d happily return. We had a spacious Deluxe King room for three, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee, a comfortable bed, iron, and dressing gowns. The bathroom’s bathtub-style shower was very nice. The lobby is lovely and relaxing, with a waterfall feature that’s a nice spot for a drink. A piano player in the lounge made for a great evening atmosphere. We skipped breakfast, but enjoyed lunch there once. Dinner buffet looked expensive at SGD 110++ per person, so we ate elsewhere. The 5th-floor pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it because the water seemed a bit cold.

The rooms are a little tired, but breakfast is great and it’s a good spot for getting to Orchard Road. The MRT and buses are easy to reach. For me, the executive lounge is one of the best, with decent food and a super friendly, efficient team. Grace and the rest of the staff were great.

The concierge lounge is top notch, and the breakfast buffet is gigantic, with delicious dishes from a wide range of cultures. Door staff and front desk were especially helpful and friendly. Everyone was welcoming and accommodating. A special mention to Mr. Jay, Ms. Grace, Ms. Moe, and Ms. Yan Yi.

We needed a first-class venue with excellent facilities and outstanding service for the fourth run of our Leadership Master Class for C-Suite executives from distinguished companies in Nigeria. Sheraton Towers exceeded our expectations. The program ended on a high note, with delegates praising the venue, service standards, and overall experience. Mr Wang Yibin, Assistant Director of Catering, looked after the delegates personally and selected food that our international guests were extremely pleased with. His attention to detail and understanding of executive expectations showed throughout. When the Guest of Honour, H.E. Ambassador Francisca Kemi Omayuli, Ambassador of Nigeria to Singapore, arrived, Mr Wang mobilized his team to make her experience seamless, dignified, and memorable, including gracious help during photo-taking sessions. His professionalism, leadership, and commitment to service made this success possible. We’ll definitely host the fifth run of the Leadership Master Class at Sheraton Towers, and highly recommend Mr Wang Yibin and his team for high-level corporate or executive events.
