The team at The Food Exchange made mornings especially nice. Their warm smiles and habit of checking whether guests needed anything really stood out. Thanks to Agnes, Yani and Mohammed for being so kind and attentive. On my second morning, when I wasn't having breakfast, they even offered me a complimentary coffee, a thoughtful gesture. It was my first stay here and a very pleasant one. I enjoyed the two outdoor pools, and the gym was impressively well equipped and professionally set up. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent too.

Kat runs the winestone restaurant well, and the staff were all friendly and polite. Dora was especially welcoming, asking how breakfast was and making sure we were looked after. Chef William was also doing a great job with the omelettes, served with plenty of heart and positive energy. The queue to get in was crazy, but the service won us over. We had a hearty, lovely breakfast and will come back to try other dishes. The mee goreng and chicken rendang today were absolutely delicious.

I spent six months at the Mercure on a business stay and really valued my time there. The location was excellent, the rooms and facilities were in great shape, including the gym and both pools, and breakfast was consistently tasty. What made the biggest difference was the people. Everyone from the front desk and restaurant to Room Service and the VIP Lounge Staff on the 10th floor was friendly and helpful. I felt welcome. Special thanks to Ramesh, who always went above and beyond with my questions. Keep up the great work, and I hope to see you all in Singapore again soon. Greetings, Mr.Fabio Zanotto.

The two large pools were among the nicest we've experienced on our long vacation in Asia. There was also a pleasant outdoor area with swinging chairs, and breakfast was very good. Mercure shares its building with Novotel. Our room was simpler and smaller, but spotless, quiet and in perfect condition. The receptionist was kind and gave us a top-floor room with an attractive view. The nearest MRT station, served by two lines, is an 800m walk. From there, a pleasant route along quiet streets leads to the excellent Singapore Botanic Gardens.

The air conditioning in the rooms was a bit too cold, though that may suit most people. Otherwise, things were great, including the treatment for Accor members. It's affordable and good value for the money. Fauzi at the front desk was impeccable, friendly and amazing, and Rani from winestone won us over with her smile and kindness. I had a great service experience and don't know why I see so many bad reviews.
