Mitraa Inn

The room had no window, so it got really muggy and dark. But the staff were lovely, genuinely cared about our experience and made the stay great. The hostel is five minutes from an MRT station, with lots of shops, restaurants and things to do nearby. Awesome place. I'd absolutely go back, 10/10.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, made sure our needs were taken care of and helped us feel at home. The hostel is clean, comfortable and very nice. It's in a convenient spot, with a bus stop right outside, the MRT close by and a mall that's open 24 hours just a few minutes' walk away.

For the price, the location is good, and the staff were friendly. My bed was clean and comfortable. The dorm setup was less convenient: there weren't enough outlets for everyone, and the top bunk had no shelf or socket nearby. The thin door also let hallway noise through all night as people came and went. It was okay and worth considering for the location and cost, but next time in Singapore I’ll probably spend more for a better stay.

We spent three nights here with friends, and the front desk cashier on duty was especially helpful. It’s a solid budget option, with clean rooms and a shop at the entrance that stays accessible around the clock. There’s a bus stop right behind the place, and Mustafa and the big mall are easy to reach. We did use the stairs even though there’s an elevator, and they had a lot of things stored on them. That didn’t bother me much, but it made them less accessible and less attractive than hotel stairs usually are. Good value if you’re travelling on a tight budget.
