The room’s a little dated, but it was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well looked after. I appreciated the practical extras, including a fridge, microwave, utensils, and a dehumidifier. The shared laundry is free to use from 8AM to 10PM, and they provide detergent, body wash, shampoo, and hand soap. Bring any other toiletries you need. A renovation could improve the look, but the room worked well as it was. Heritage Collection on Seah was a very convenient base, with food nearby and Suntec City, Bugis Junction, Raffles City, the National Library, and MRT stations all within walking distance. Belle, the digital concierge, was patient and great throughout, while Divina, Maica, and Mitch made things easy and were happy to help. I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would gladly come back.

I stayed at the Purvis st location for several months, and the unit had what I needed for a longer stay. The team was flexible about cleaning times and easy to reach through chat. The Wi-Fi lagged for a couple of days, but it never became a real issue. Thanks to Belle, Divina, Maica & Mitch for helping everything go smoothly.

Back for my second stay, and the room was cozy and spotless in a great neighborhood. Divina was so kind and helpful, and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question. She dealt with every issue calmly and gently, which made me feel at ease. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable, hassle-free stay 🫶

It was my first time trying a technology hotel, and I enjoyed the week in the loft more than I expected. The room was clean, convenient, and very well soundproofed. There’s no physical receptionist, but the team was quick and effective over WhatsApp. Mae, Divina, and Stell gave me a warm welcome and supported me throughout. I’d happily recommend this hotel for a visit to Singapore.

I really liked how easy the place was to use, and the room was great. Being able to do laundry was a big plus. Divina helped with my luggage, and when I told the team over WhatsApp that the bed felt too soft, they replied promptly and brought me a duvet. Stella also checked in to see how I was feeling. I messaged quite late, but they still found a way to make my stay better. Thanks, Stella, divina and vannie.
