Novotel Living Singapore Orchard

The pool was wonderful and barely busy, and the location worked perfectly for us. We spent a week at Novotel living Orchard with our two daughters and had a great time from beginning to end. The flat was clean, comfortable, and very nice. A special thank you to KISHERN for being kind and understanding. We’d highly recommend staying here.

I was surprised by how willingly Vaani, Kogi, and the rest of housekeeping cleaned the soiled dishes and left everything spotless. Their attention to detail really stood out. Sunil at the front desk was a great host throughout my roughly two-week stay, and Shawn and Rehan were very courteous too. The whole stay went well from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in singapore for more than six days.

My family had a great time at Novotel living, and I’d recommend it to friends. The accommodation is well placed near several Orchard malls, with plenty of food nearby. Our room was very clean and had a washing machine, kitchen, laundry facilities, and all the appliances provided. Chia Kwee Hua from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it comfortable and clean, and I really appreciate her hard work.

The apartment itself was nice, and the staff were lovely. The woman cleaning our place was a delight, and the front desk guys downstairs were very helpful. I’d stay again. Getting around can be a little awkward since it’s near Orchard but somewhat off the beaten track, and it was a bit difficult to reach the MRT or a 7/11. One elevator was being retrofitted, which slowed things down. My legs also got bitten by mosquitoes coming from the bathroom drain, though I suppose that can happen in Singapore. I’m nitpicking, really, and they’re working on the elevators.
