We enjoyed our stay and found it affordable, and I'd recommend it to anyone after a decent room on a budget. The staff were great, the location had lots of shops and food nearby, and I was grateful they let us check in early when I was exhausted from my flight. The room was clean enough, though there was dust under the bed and on top of the bed frame. The air conditioning worked great, the TV and refrigerator were good, the wifi was fine, and I liked the quality soap and shampoo. They also gave me an extra pillow when I asked. The dryer was still taking money, $5 per use, but after two cycles our clothes were wet. Luckily, there was a laundromat close by. Showering left water all over the bathroom, and the hot water ran out pretty quickly.

Qai was especially attentive, responding quickly to my requests on WhatsApp even during a busy weekend. That level of hospitality is hard to find in Singapore these days, so kudos to Qai. I booked a Premium Studio Queen for a two-night weekend staycation, my first time here, and was very pleased. The room and amenities were clean, the location was convenient and the service was excellent. I'll definitely recommend it to friends for a staycation, and hope to come back soon 😊

I spent four months at this service apartment, and the staff's warm, friendly attitude made me feel welcome. They were always willing to help, and their hospitality made my stay comfortable. There were a few hiccups, but whenever an issue came up, they were attentive and quick to assist. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism and care. Thanks to the team for all their efforts. I'd highly recommend this place for a comfortable, hassle-free stay, with a convenient location and genuinely kind, helpful staff.

Azim provided exemplary service, communicating clearly and politely the whole time. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The place was clean, comfortable and good value, with bus stops about a two-minute walk away and a mall with groceries and food just across the road. I'd definitely stay again for the right price.
