Amber made us feel really looked after. She was patient, attentive and kind, and helped us with everything we needed. Her professionalism made the whole experience comfortable and pleasant. We were very happy with the service, and she deserves recognition for being such an asset to the team.

I slept really well despite the jet lag, thanks in part to how quiet the hotel was. It's centrally located, with Marina Bay Sands and Chinatown both a short walk away. The room was compact, but the layout worked well and there was space to put luggage. The lobby also felt calming, with a pleasant signature scent.

The room was clean, the internet was fast and the location was good. Check-in, though, took more than 10 minutes even though I'd submitted the website's pre-check-in form. When I arrived, nobody greeted guests in the lobby, so I waited a while before asking a man at the reception desk, who turned out to be the receptionist. On the second day, there were no face towels in the bathroom.
