ST Signature Lite Chinatown- Dark

My stay at ST Signature Chinatown Singapore didn’t meet expectations. Reception staff weren’t welcoming or helpful, and nobody helped collect or handle the luggage, which was disappointing. The room felt extremely cramped and too small to be comfortable. Several other facilities and services fell short of what I expected from the hotel.

They even walked me through taking the bus, which helped a lot since it was my first visit to the country. The staff were also great at answering my check-in questions and sorting out travel information. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had, and I’d happily choose it in Singapore again.

The automated check-in was easy enough, and when I had a question someone on-site helped me straight away. Our room was clean, the bed was really comfortable, and the washrooms and toilets were kept in good shape. We had a lovely stay and would book again :)

Getting around was easy: Chinatown and nearby areas are walkable, and the train stations are only a few minutes away. We spent four days here, and the reception service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.
