Naumi Hotel Singapore

We got to check in early, and the front desk team made the process smooth. Thanks to Mona, Katie, and Syukran for being so friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Bugis is within a 10-minute walk. The hot shower stayed at a steady temperature, and the pool had a nice view. Sing swee kee restaurant, the chicken rice shop beside the hotel, was delicious too. It would be even better with an upgraded television and hair dryer. I’d stay here again next time.

Breakfast was the highlight of our stay at Naumi Hotel Singapore. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and Chef Hakimi was really friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, cozy, and relaxing. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

The staff were excellent, everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We also loved the rooftop infinity pool and its city views, with MBS visible off to one side. The patio room was a bit odd, just one swinging chair and a table, so we asked for another chair to let two people sit outside. There was a sewer gas smell in the room that built up unless we ran water down the drains every couple of hours. It seems to be a known problem from the many reviews, and was probably the room’s biggest drawback. Breakfast was average to below average, and should be improved if the hotel wants to be five star. I can see they’re working on improvements. The location is near Raffles in the middle of the hotel district. Metro access isn’t too far, but it’s a bit of a walk.

The pool and gym are great amenities. The staff were very polite, and a special thanks to Syukran for letting us check in early after a long flight. I’d highly recommend this hotel.
