Oasia Resort Sentosa by Far East Hospitality

The hotel gets crowded at check-in and checkout, especially with large foreign tour groups, and it can be difficult to get reception on the phone then. A bidet in the bathrooms would also be a useful extra. We had a lovely stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa. The reception team greeted us warmly, and housekeeping was excellent. Li Li was quick, efficient and considerate, cleaning quietly while our baby slept and leaving the room spotless. Breakfast worked well for our baby, which made things easier as parents. There was one small issue, but Duty Manager James stayed calm, sorted it out quickly and made sure we were looked after for the rest of the stay. We appreciated the hospitality and would happily return.

The location is great and the staff are good, but the room and breakfast let things down. Our room needs an upgrade: the basin and toilet didn't work properly, the shower was very dark, and there were several other little things that hadn't been attended to. Breakfast was ordered from a menu rather than served as a buffet, and neither of us finished our meal. The pool feels more like something at a four-star hotel.

The staff made our pawstaycation special, and on checkout day the hotel manager Jess, a very professional and friendly lady, apologized for the room trouble and offered a complimentary Grabpet ride home. The other lovely surprises made the stay memorable. I'd recommend this for a pawretreat. We stayed two nights, 6-8 January 2026, at Oasia Hotel Sentosa for my first Pawretreat with my senior corgi boy. Our Courtyard Premier room was cosy and gave him space to wander. With the awning fully extended, though, the courtyard got very warm, so we asked to pull it halfway back for some airflow. A wall fan by the dining table would help cool that area. The interior was comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the complimentary coconut drinks were great. On the second day, rain affecting the outside wall lights caused the circuit breaker to trip twice. Staff quickly came to help when the room went dark, and after the second outage they offered us another room. They also gave us complimentary breakfast the following day for the inconvenience. The replacement room's awning was stuck and couldn't retract, so its courtyard was warm too. The location is very central and convenient, just opposite Impiah Stn. The beach is an easy 8-10 minute walk. Staff were friendly, attentive and helpful.

Our dog was welcomed just as warmly as we were, which made the family getaway feel special. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff made us feel at home from the beginning. We had a wonderful staycation and enjoyed every moment. Looking forward to coming back.
