One Farrer Hotel

The Jacuzzi on level 6 is well worth a visit. The location also suits Indian families, with plenty of Indian food options nearby, and local transport is close: the bus stop and MRT are a two-minute walk, and Sentosa is only a few stations away. Rooms were very clean and had amazing views. The hotel is strict about check-in time. We got a room at 8:30am by pushing for early check-in and paying half-day charges. If you just arrive early and don't ask firmly, they won't offer it. Vegetarians have very few breakfast choices. With so many Indian guests, I think the hotel should account for Indian breakfast preferences. Bhindi (lady finger), Capsicum curry and dal aren't what we wanted early in the morning. If you're vegetarian, I'd suggest booking without breakfast since there are lots of options nearby, only two or three minutes away. Overall, our experience was very good.

As honeymooners, we expected staff to be more welcoming and proactive about the dining options at the hotel. Finding out so late about another breakfast venue made us feel poorly informed, and better communication would make the stay easier for future guests. For four days, we struggled with the limited vegetarian choices at the breakfast area we had been directed to. No one mentioned that the hotel had a second breakfast venue with a wider selection, including more Indian vegetarian food. On our last day, just before leaving for the airport, we saw guests heading another way and asked a staff member. We were then casually told about the other venue. I recently stayed at One Farrer Hotel Singapore for my honeymoon, and the lack of communication and hospitality was disappointing. Had we known earlier, our dining experience would have been much better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

I was really impressed during my February 2026 stay. It was expensive, around €295 per night, but I felt it was worth the price. My room had a pleasant view, a separate small lounge area and modern touches such as no-disturb buttons. The hotel sits right on an MRT station and is close to Little India and shopping centres. The pool and gym were very nice and generally quiet while I was there. A few more staff around the gym, pool and bar might help, but it wasn't a major complaint.

The Skyline Lounge includes free light meals throughout the day if breakfast is part of your hotel package. I tried breakfast and dinner once. The food was mediocre, though the service was excellent. I really liked this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless and had a great city view, and the nearest metro exit at Farrer Park Station is only a 30-second walk away. There are several pools: one on the 6th floor, one on the 18th floor reserved for residents on the 18th and 19th floors, and three smaller pools with different temperatures by the main pool on level 6. I booked a Skyline Studio on the 18th hoping to use the exclusive pool, but it was temporarily closed for maintenance during my stay. I still enjoyed the other pools on level 6.
