Pan Pacific Orchard

The meals were a real highlight, with breakfast and other food at Mosella and the Club lounge changing daily so things stayed interesting. The hotel itself feels elegant but welcoming, and the care in the service and presentation was hard to fault. The people made the stay especially good. Everyone I met was wonderful, from the attentive Club Lounge team and housekeeping to the cheerful breakfast staff, reception and helpful valet. They all made me feel at home, and their professionalism and warmth set a new standard for me. I’ve had one of my best hotel stays here. I booked because the architecture looked amazing, but what really impressed me was the care from the Pan Pacific staff. We arrived early, and the woman at reception kindly offered early check-in before we even asked. The team also moved our luggage to the room quickly. Everyone was welcoming and so helpful. Thank you to them for making the stay feel special.

The hotel is modern and very nice, and the pool area is good too. Breakfast was the snag. We hadn’t added it to our booking, and when we went to the counter, they said it would cost extra. We explained we were guests and understood that, so they let us in. Afterward, the bill came to around €90-100 for the two of us. Then a staff member said it was expensive, and that we could have paid about €70 per person as hotel guests if we’d checked with reception first. Had we known that beforehand, we wouldn’t have paid so much as non-hotel guests. It didn’t feel fair.

This feels more like time spent in an architectural landmark than an ordinary hotel. The design is modern and distinctive, and the three rooftop gardens and terraces give the complex a futuristic look while still creating a calm spot in the city. Everything feels deliberately put together. Service, cleanliness and organization were strong as well. If you care about design and atmosphere, this is a memorable setting and an easy recommendation.
