The staff member was cheerful and friendly, and I wish her good health always. We rented a family room, which was big and had a spacious bathroom. It was quite nice inside, with a small refrigerator that's handy for snacks and drinks, though the lights and television were oddly placed. The room isn't soundproof, and Little India is lively, which is fun to walk around but less welcome when you're tired. The air conditioner also seemed broken.

It's a useful place to stay, and clean by Indian standards, but make sure you get enough space for what you're paying. To me, it felt like just a bed space. Be careful about the bed shown in the photo, especially if you're traveling with a child. They don't charge for the child, but the bed setup seems to ignore them completely.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They helped when we had trouble locking the safe and let us check in hours early after our flight arrived early in the morning. The room was quiet enough for a good night's sleep and had space for our luggage, though it was small, as expected. An MRT stop about a two-minute walk away made it easy to get around. Our main issue was the strong smell of Indian food in the room. That may have been specific to ours because it faced the front of the building. For the price, it was a decent stay.

The location is decent, but my Deluxe room was very small and had no balcony. Service was just okay, with no room service or anything beyond handing over the room key. I'd look at other options, since you may find something better for the same price and could regret booking here. If you're Indian and visiting Singapore on vacation, I'd suggest staying outside Little India. Everything there feels the same, so book around Orchard Road or somewhere else to make the trip feel more like Singapore and memorable.

The room was noisy even at night, with little to no soundproofing, and there was a constant curry smell from the restaurant next door. The walls were peeling and the place didn't feel clean. The bed was extremely hard, with no cushion, and the water pressure was poor. The hot water lasted about five minutes. The location was okay.
