My family and I dined at The Glass House a while back, and the staff’s excellent service took me by surprise. They were attentive and professional, and seemed to know exactly what to do in any situation that might come up during a family meal. Special thanks to Lim Ding, who stayed very humble even after we praised his top-tier service. Thank you!

I still haven't received my security deposit, more than six months after resigning from the club. I've gone there in person two or three times, but the refund is still outstanding. When I spoke to the club manager, she didn't know about the case. I asked if I should have gone straight to her when I wanted to resign, and she said, "Yes, maybe you should." Members, it sounds like you need to go directly to the manager if you want anything done. The club expects members to pay monthly fees on time, but would it accept an apology and waive late fees and interest if I paid late? Why should I have to accept this long, unacceptable delay in getting my deposit back just because the club has its own policy and I'm left with no choice? In my honest opinion, this has been a very unprofessional experience and shows a lack of integrity.

The setting was pretty nice for the wedding banquet I attended.

The ballroom is very long and narrow, so it isn't the best.
