They let us check in early and check out late, which made the trip much more comfortable. The staff were polite and professional, and the room was clean. There’s also a good swimming pool. With the MRT station and a bus stop right next door, it’s a very good hotel for tourists.

Cecilla at the front desk was especially polite and went out of her way to explain where we could get tourist passes. The room was in pristine condition when we arrived, and the location is superb, right under the MRT. I was very satisfied with the stay.

The bathroom had a really bad smell, and there was no bidet. Aside from that, the room was clean and tidy, though small. It had a large window with a great view, and I appreciated the water purifier. Shampoo and soap came in large bottles, and toothbrushes, towels, and slippers were already there. Check-in and check-out were easy. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of nearby food stalls, and Lavender MRT is very close.

Miss cecilia upgraded our room, and the view was wonderful. Mr abdul also recommended places for us to visit. Both were so kind and gave us great service, which made our holiday more meaningful. The hotel was clean and close to the MRT, a really comfortable place to stay in singapore. Thank you! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

Desmond, Reservation AM, gave commendable service, and all the team members were courteous, attentive, and efficient. Requests were handled promptly and with care, making everything smooth from check-in through check-out. Guest rooms and common areas were immaculately clean and well maintained. The hotel feels clean, comfortable, and well managed, with a high standard of housekeeping. I’d happily stay again and confidently recommend it.
