Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard

After a day out exploring town, the clean room was a good place to come back to. The location is great, and the water pressure, air conditioning and plugs for gadgets all worked well. The bedside tables could be larger, and breakfast needs work. At 8am one coffee machine was broken and some food wasn't available. Chicken sausages and baked beans, really? The chef at the egg station didn't seem confident and could use more training.

Ben gave us a very pleasant welcome at reception, kind and professional. The room was nicely decorated and a good size for resting after shopping and exploring Orchard Road. It even came with complimentary Nespresso cups for the machine, and the shower had good water pressure. The gym was the one letdown, with only light weights and no bench. Still, it's a good hotel in the middle of the hustle and bustle, and we'd come again.

The people at VHSO made us feel at home, and we can't wait to come back. Ratana checked us in, arranged an early check-in, and was helpful throughout. Every time she saw me and my family, she greeted us, which made us feel truly valued. Ana and Ben were lovely at checkout, warm and sweet, so leaving felt just as pleasant as arriving. The Bell Captain was professional, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. From the moment we arrived, the stay felt warm and seamless. The whole team goes above and beyond.

Fahmi, I'm really not impressed with the housekeeping or the service. Our room on level 8 wasn't properly cleaned. There were leftover fruit and used napkins under the bed from the previous guests, and I took photos. The Vietnamese woman doing the housekeeping didn't seem interested in hearing about it. The bathroom ventilation was poor, and the shower drain kept getting blocked. It smelled as soon as we checked in that afternoon. The wall socket by the office table needs attention too: every adapter we own, including Anker and Vivan, got really hot while charging our phones. The large jug of lemon water in the lobby hadn't been filled for visitors. The staff seemed busy chatting and laughing. I told the woman at the front desk, but she seemed disinterested and almost a little upset.
