Zen Premium Cranwell Road

I was here on a long layover, and the peaceful location away from the crowds was a real plus. The staff were friendly, and the rooms and floors were clean and spacious. I’d definitely stay again if I came back to this country for sightseeing.

This is a nice place for a quiet getaway. The room was well furnished, the in-house restaurant served great food, and there was access to csc facilities. I’d come back. Jason at the front desk was especially helpful. My mistake made check-in a bit complicated, but he was friendly, customer focused, and sorted it out quickly. Thank you!

It feels peaceful and secluded here, with a resort feel. The hotel is meant to be a place to recharge and get away from city stress, and it really does feel serene. I stayed for two weeks. It’s suited to a staycation or to tourists who want to be near the airport. The room photos match what you see in person. All rooms have air conditioning, a pod coffee machine, and a television. The bathrooms were great, the shower pressure was strong, and the water heated quickly. I only wish there were a bidet. Breakfast is included, with a great spread: porridge, pao, eggs cooked to order, bacon, ham, sausage, fried rice, danish or toast, milk, fresh juice, cereal, cut fruit, a small salad bar, and yogurts. There are shuttle buses on a timetable to Changi Village or Pasir Ris MRT. Changi boardwalks and the beach are very close, with lots of beautiful bird species by the shore. The hotel is built on a hill, so there’s a walk to reach your room and it can be confusing at first. The route is scenic and calming. If you need somewhere to speak loudly, there’s an AC guest lounge.

We had our wedding here, and Rajeev made a huge difference to the day. He handled an extraordinary amount of groundwork and logistics with efficiency and dedication, and was meticulous about every detail. He dealt with our last-minute requests promptly and gracefully, and helped make sure our moments were captured perfectly. Rajeev was genuine, thoughtful, proactive, and incredibly kind. His top-notch service was essential to the smooth running of the wedding. My husband, our guests, and I were very happy with his help. He’s a real asset to the hotel.
