We loved our short stay here, surrounded by beautiful greenery and mountains. The place is wonderfully arranged in a cozy, natural Slovenian style that makes you feel at home right away. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location is very close to Lake Bled.

A perfect little getaway. The rooms are clean and lovely, and the dining area is gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh and great, and there’s also a small bar open 24/7. It’s tucked away from the crowds but still close to the centre of Bled.

A pretty setting among wide open fields, with a great breakfast and a varied selection of drinks available to buy overnight. This is a nice family-run place, though staff aren’t on site around the clock. They’re easy to contact, and most services are handled remotely. There isn’t much nearby, so you’ll need a car or bike to get into Bled, or be ready for a walk of over 40 minutes each way or a €20 taxi ride.

We stayed here for the UTMB event, and it’s about 20 minutes from the start line and very close to Bled. It took a bit of effort to find, but the place itself is beautiful and modern. I’d recommend it.

House Troha was one of my favorite places to stay in Slovenia. We spent two nights there, and the owners were lovely. The whole place was spotless, and you could tell from the fresh clean smell. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent. There was heating and air conditioning, though no hand soap in the room. Breakfast ran from 8-10am and was lovely, with everything tasting fresh. The homemade pastries were amazing, and there was a mix of cheeses, meats, eggs, fruit, and pastries. It’s a little way from Bled town centre, but having a car meant that wasn’t a problem. Highly recommend House Troha.
