The area is peaceful, and the place is clean and nice. The owner is friendly and speaks English really well.

The host was lovely and speaks excellent English. We could also buy things like milk and eggs from her, with cows visible from the terrace. Our apartment had two rooms and was basic, but clean and comfortable. It’s in a very quiet spot, about a five-minute drive from Kamnik and Snovik Thermal Spa, and 20 minutes from the cable car to Velika Planina. The TV comes with a decoder and channels in different languages.

We spent the December 8th to 10th, 2023 Immaculate Conception weekend here and had a wonderful time. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and practical, and the owner was very kind. It’s a great base for seeing Slovenia. We’d happily return and recommend it.

We found a lovely studio near Kamnik, away from the crowds, during the week of August 15th. It was clean, furnished well, and had everything we needed. Farm products are available to buy, including fresh milk in the morning from the cows behind the house. The owner was helpful and kind, and the price was hard to beat for that time of year.

There’s enough kitchen equipment for cooking, and the studio is nicely furnished. After a walk, though, I missed having a sofa to stretch out on.
