Mira made us feel welcome from the start. She greeted us with a drink and strudel, and gave us maps with tips about local places. She was kind every time we saw her and remembered our names. She even took the time to explain how to use the different TV remotes. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. One of the best stays I’ve had in a while, and I highly recommend it.

The owners welcomed us warmly and, after our meal, shared coffee and local tips with us. Their personal hospitality and professional service made the visit stand out. On my first trip to Kamnik, I had a memorable meal at Bed and Breakfast Mili Vrh. Every dish was full of flavor and expertly prepared. I’d highly recommend it for great food and genuine hospitality in Kamnik.

We were pleased to find this Gostilna at the last minute after flooding affected the country and the hotel we’d booked. It hadn’t been our first choice for Slovenia, but we were glad we stayed. The owners welcomed us with a drink, had a good chat with us, and offered lots of helpful recommendations for our plans. Breakfast was included, generous, and delicious, and so was dinner. I especially recommend the trout filet. The rooms were clean and practical. The setting is a small village in the hills, with a stream running through the garden below, a peaceful place to recharge. It also worked well as a base for exploring Slovenia’s southern, northern, and eastern areas, along with Ljubljana.

The owners were incredibly kind and ready to help with anything. Our room was pretty and clean, and breakfast was tasty. It’s a beautiful place to stay, and the people made our trip to Kamnik special.❤️ PS: If you’re walking here from Kamnik with Google Maps, don’t take the forest path, it’s a dead end. Follow the road for cars instead.☺️

The welcome made this stay feel like home. The owner greeted us with a little refreshment and helpful ideas for outings nearby, and breakfast was full of fresh homemade pastries and more. We’d gladly recommend the place and hope to return for a longer visit. ❤️
