A good choice for travellers. The rooms are roomy and clean, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is large and has a bathtub. They welcome pets, and breakfast was good too.

Breakfast was good and the hotel itself was OK. But the receptionist working Saturday evening, 18 April 2026, was hostile, not merely unfriendly.

The rooms are large, and the staff are friendly. Having reception open 0-24 was useful. The shower cabin has a low frame, and there's no light by the bathroom mirror. Our large room also had no mirror outside the bathroom. The table tennis room was locked, and our hotel card wouldn't let us in. The “Mountain-view” label didn't really fit our room, since the mountain is far away.

The staff were friendly, and the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. The rooms were average, though: the beds weren't comfortable, one was tilted, and there were sheets but no blankets. The restaurant also seemed to be closed all the time.

I can't say much about the rooms since I never got one, but the breakfast was good and everything I saw was clean. I arrived around 6:30am after booking at the last minute, and the hotel had overbooked. The staff, especially Maya, were incredibly kind: they gave me breakfast and coffees, let me use the lobby wifi, and found me another hotel. They paid for the cab and the new room, and even arranged early check in. They also helped me choose a place that suited my needs. Their service was amazing, and I'm so grateful.
