Reset Apartments

The owner yelled at me and used a word I can't repeat here. I'd first visited this apartment in late summer 2023 with my girlfriend and friends for about 8 nights. We were extremely happy with everything, and I even told the host, a woman, I'd love to return. This year my girlfriend and I planned a winter trip with our dog. Since Reset doesn't allow dogs, which I understand, we booked a nearby apartment for another fairly long stay of 8 nights. During a two-day spell of heavy snowfall, I woke at 4:40am on 5th february to a loud noise. I thought it might be a snowplow, but it kept going. Looking out, I saw someone using a diesel snow blower to clear the parking lot right under our window. I went out to ask if it was really necessary during quiet hours. The owner shouted that this was winter in Kranjska Gora, partly because the blower was so loud, then finished with the f word. He kept clearing the area until 6 o'clock, exactly when quiet hours ended, and I couldn't get back to sleep. I understand that fresh snow needs clearing, but our host managed to do it without all that noise. Is that how guests should be treated? I don't think so. We've been to Slovenia four times, staying in Kranjska Gora on three trips because we love it and often spend 1-2 weeks here. We'll come again, but we won't spend money at Reset apartments. I strongly advise people against staying there.
