I couldn’t try breakfast because my classes started at 8:00. The room itself was clean and cozy, the staff helpful, and the hotel is near the Ljubljanica river. The only issue was noise at night. It didn’t sound like people, probably the internal ventilation system.

The room was cosy, quiet, and had what I needed, though the bed felt small. Check-in was easy, with reception beside the restaurant, and the place is easy to reach from the main road. Breakfast was a nightmare for me: water, orange juice, coffee, one kind of bread, two kinds of mini croissants, cheese and meat, plus packaged jam and butter. I asked for some vegetables so I could eat something, and luckily that was no problem. The restaurant is good, but get there early if you want pizza. A Metro taxi to Dragon Bridge costs €4.40, the same as the bus for two people. Ljubljana is a beautiful city, have fun!

The setting is really nice, and the Balkan food is very good. There’s grilled meat, fresh homemade bread, and plenty of other dishes.

The bedroom was fine, but breakfast was really poor. The location is handy for getting to the city centre by bike or bus, and it’s close to the highway.
