The Agoda price was good, but the stay was frustrating overall. My single room had no TV. Ms. Manya was polite at first, but didn't seem very helpful or patient and became rude towards the end. I felt unwell and wasn't dressed when I ordered a delivery and asked for it to be brought to my room. She said I had to go downstairs. I hadn't been told that delivery people weren't allowed into the Airbnb, and it wasn't in the booking rules. I always check those details, so I would've expected the restriction to be written down or explained from the start. When I tried to explain, she wouldn't listen. It was annoying and uncomfortable, especially for someone who travels and stays in different places. I also believed I owed €80 after checking the booking details, which said there was an extra €7 tax that I shouldn't have to pay. Ms. Manya said it didn't matter what the site said and that I had to pay €87. I refused and said I'd pay what I'd booked. I asked whether I should call the police to sort it out, and she threw me out, telling me to get lost immediately. The place felt disorganized to me, and the overall stay was mediocre. I wouldn't come back.

The host was extremely sweet and helpful, and spoke good English. We spent three nights in a room for two. It was a lovely place, with clean bathrooms, fresh rooms and a good breakfast. Breakfast had a personal touch, unlike the usual hostel spread. It's around 15-20 minutes from the city centre, but I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Manja gave us a very warm welcome. The rooms and shared bathrooms were nice and clean, and there's a small shared kitchenette stocked with what you might need. It's a 20-minute walk to the city centre. Lovely accommodation, definitely recommend.

The host was friendly and helpful, and even let us leave some bags while we biked around Slovenia. The place had everything we needed, with clean, bright rooms and nice beds.

The staff were super friendly, and the bed sheets were really clean and comfortable. It was a very nice, comfortable room for staying in Ljubljana. There's a kitchen and fridge available, so you don't need to worry about getting hungry, and the supermarket is just a 10-minute walk away.
