The family room was a great choice for our trip, even though we only stayed one night. The location worked perfectly for getting around Maribor on foot. The front desk staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. We met two gentlemen who were especially kind to our kids, and we really appreciated that. The room had a modern design and renovation, and exceeded our expectations by far. Breakfast had a good selection of essentials. It wasn't huge, but the area stayed very clean and the kitchen staff were kind and quick to refill things. Parking was a little small and cost a bit, but it felt safe overnight. If we get back to Maribor, we'd choose this hotel again. A microwave in the lobby would be a nice addition, too. Thanks to everyone there!

We found check-in and check-out easy, and the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. The beds were very comfortable, the hotel was clean and cozy, and breakfast was really good. It's right in the center, close to shops and taverns. There aren't many parking spots, but we let them know ahead of time and they reserved one for us. There are other nearby options as well. I'd most likely stay here next time I'm in Maribor.

The reception team were friendly and helpful, and they sorted things out as soon as we arrived. We had booked directly through the hotel website, which didn't show an option for three people, but they were very accommodating. The hotel is central and easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable; the only little issue was a stray hair tucked under the sliding bathroom door. Apart from that, everything was spotless.

The room looked nice and the staff were polite. It's an easy walk from the train station, and breakfast was okay. The floors were dirty, though, and the cleaning staff came in despite the 'do not disturb' sign.

I had one of my best hotel stays here. The rooms were great, the staff were nice, and the food was good. Really, the whole experience was great.
