David and his wife were so welcoming and flexible, even though we booked at the last minute and arrived after 10 pm. Their attitude left a great impression on us. The place itself also made a strong first impression, from the decor and shared spaces to its central location, not too far from the train station. I can't find enough words for how wonderful it was. I highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, but the property wasn't in the condition agreed in the rental contract when it was handed over. Even though cleaning had been agreed, it wasn't adequately clean, and the lack of maintenance has left it messy and unhygienic. My daughter chose it for her Erasmus exchange in Maribor, and she has to stay for the next semester. I hope they make a drastic improvement and meet the terms of the contract.

There are no TVs in the rooms, and no air conditioning, just a fan. The rooms are quite small, and with many people living there it can get noisy. The website says four rooms, but they actually rent out 18. There’s a big terrace, often noisy until well after 10 pm, though with the windows and doors shut you can't hear anything. It’s a good fit if noise doesn’t bother you. The house is right in the pedestrian zone in the city center, and the landlord is always around and very nice. The steep stairs down to the toilet are a pain if you need to go often during the night.
