6/10
The hotel was clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was excellent. It was the highlight of our stay, and we still talk about it. But the hotel felt more like a solid 3-star place than a 4-star one, and the nightly price seemed high for the quality, perhaps because of the location. The beds were old, and the pillows were worn and lumpy. My air-conditioning only made a steady low hum and didn't cool or heat the room. The main light was harsh, overly bright white, more like an office than a bedroom. The bathroom was clean and decent, but the towels were frayed and past their best. Brown and grey carpets made the decor feel dated, like the 1970s or 1980s. Management also scheduled drilling for new air-conditioning units in the breakfast hall while guests were eating. The noise was extremely loud and unpleasant, and that work should not have been going on during breakfast.

There are plenty of parking spaces, and the breakfast is amazing. A very good hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms had decent decor, and the service was helpful and very nice. Just a heads-up: dogs up to 20 kg are allowed, but there's an extra fee. I might have been quite surprised if I hadn't called first.

At Hotel Piramida, the rooms were spotless and well maintained, a comfortable place to come back to after a long day. The staff provided outstanding service the whole time and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The value for money was excellent too. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The hotel's location was convenient for the rail and bus stations, and the city centre wasn't far away. My room had a city view, plenty of storage, and lots of space. There was air conditioning and tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. Parking is available on the hotel grounds for a daily fee.
