The owners are friendly, the beers are cold, and there’s a slide area where kids can play. There’s also a lovely covered outdoor space to escape the summer sun. The food was the best we had in Slovenia: we tried goulash, Slovenian dumplings, pizza, and the local salad. Highly recommend!

A simple hotel made special by the people running it. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Our room was bigger than we expected, with a very comfortable bed. The mountain views on the way up were majestic. We stayed for two nights and would definitely recommend it.

We booked the day before arriving and loved our short stay here (01/09/2021). The owner welcomed us with a strong local alcohol as a gift and later gave us tips on things to see and do nearby. He was on his own because his wife had to go, juggling the room, the bar, customers, and cleaning. Even so, he was kind and welcoming, and let us order pizzas that he cooked himself. They were really good, thank you again. Breakfast was generous and tasty, with delicious grappe harvested that morning. The rooms were clean, the food was great, and I’d recommend this place to anybody.

We had a very positive three-night stay. The place was clean, parking was free, and the view was beautiful. The food was delicious, and the owners were very nice and friendly. I can only recommend it to anyone visiting.

A lovely owner, good family rooms with kitchenettes, and beautiful scenery. The food is great and costs little.
