4/10
The room and bathroom were clean, with enough space for our family of four. Dinner was terrible, though. There were only two dishes to choose from, both made with cheap ingredients and very bad. The waiters weren’t great either: one evening, with four adults and two children, we were brought four dishes and three salads. Breakfast was the same every day and could be better. We also weren’t told when booking that cheaper ski passes were available at reception, so by the time we found out, they were all sold.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, and our rooms were very clean. The staff were great, especially Monika at the front desk and the manager, who I think is the owner. They went the extra mile to help us get an additional room. A lovely little family hotel, we warmly recommend it and will definitely return.

The rooms were clean, which mattered a lot to us, but everything else fell short. Breakfast was exactly the same on all three days, without even one change. Dinner was mostly tasteless, and the service could have been better too.

The beds are awful, and breakfast is already running out by 9 p.m.
