We stayed two nights in July at 7Days B&B. The triple room was only 15 sqm, which felt cramped for three, and with no air conditioning it got uncomfortably hot. The little fan barely helped. The fridge was right by the bed, and we had to move the kettle onto the bedside table because there was no outlet where it was placed. Reception called at 10:25 on checkout morning, saying checkout was at 10:00. I thought we had until 11:00, but we packed quickly and went downstairs. They charged €10 for late checkout. I checked my booking confirmation afterward, showed them it said 11:00, and got the fee refunded. Check your confirmation for the room size, facilities and checkout time so there are no surprises.

The room had the amenities we needed, plus a coffee and tea set, and the bed was comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, too. Reception were very friendly and spoke English fluently, so check-in felt easy and welcoming. The location made it simple to explore Bratislava. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Check-in and breakfast are in another building, about 20 meters away, and the parking is elsewhere on the same street, around 100 meters away. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. It’s near the city centre but on a quiet street.

Our flight was canceled because of a strike, so we couldn’t travel, and it was beyond our control. We tried several times to reach 7 Days B&B in Bratislava by email and phone, but got no response. They made no effort to work with us on the reservation or offer any flexibility or solution. The lack of communication and poor service left a very bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wants responsive, understanding service.
