BEIGLI Hotel & Garden

We were there for two nights, and the hotel suited us perfectly. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The location made it easy to walk to city sights and restaurants. Breakfast is well worth having, with plenty of different foods and everything delicious. We'd choose it again on a future visit to Bratislava.

I was very disappointed by how this was handled. My AirPods went missing at the hotel, and after I tried to arrange to collect them, the staff concluded that I'd lost them outside. I can't rule out that another guest or someone from outside the hotel took them, but they could have disappeared from my room or the storage room where belongings are left after checkout. The manager's supposed investigation lasted about ten minutes between my email explaining exactly where the AirPods had been and his reply saying I must have left them in the taxi. I'm absolutely sure that didn't happen. Whatever the explanation, this is unacceptable, and I'd tell people to keep a close eye on their belongings.

The boutique hotel is right by St. Michael gate, so you can hardly get closer to the city centre, and it felt worth the money. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. The rooms were clean and stylish, and the whole place was quiet and calm. Breakfast was healthy and plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful rooms, a lovely garden with a great atmosphere, and a delicious breakfast. The location was great and the staff were extremely nice. Just perfect, I'd recommend it 100%.
