The room was spacious and looked nice, and the staff were very friendly. The 24-hour reception made a 1 AM check-in no problem. I didn’t like that there were no sockets by the bed, and the bathroom mirror had dark dirt on it. There was no free water, tea, or coffee, and a minibar bottle costs 2.65 euro if you don’t want to drink tap water. Breakfast really isn’t worth it. There’s barely any choice: yoghurt, cereals, or sometimes a croissant, plus a premade sandwich and a piece of cake. For a similar price, or a little less, find a buffet or go to any cafe.

We had a pleasant one-night stay in a lovely junior suite, with a rooftop view just outside our room door. Breakfast was good, though not terrific. I’d suggest replacing the TVs with modern LED ones and adding more than the current 10 channels, including international channels.

The staff were kind and helpful, and we were very happy with the unlimited breakfast included in our room booking. The restaurant is highly recommended and awarded. Rooms are spacious and clean, with air-conditioning, free WiFi, and private parking. It’s a great place for a short or long stay in Bratislava, and we’d book again any time.

The staff were really friendly, and the room was very spacious. I liked having separate toilet and shower rooms. It’s within a 15-minute walk of the old town, and there’s a bus stop just up the road if you prefer that. I’d definitely stay here again.

Dinner at the restaurant is a must. The food is delicious traditional Viennese, and breakfast is good too. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, especially by email. The hotel is pretty cool, a mid-range place, around 4/5 star quality, that’s really working toward that last star. Such a wonderful experience.
