Falkensteiner Hotel Bratislava

The only letdown was the TV, which wasn’t smart and only had a few local channels. We were able to order food and drinks from outside the hotel, though. The kitchen downstairs had already closed, but our delivery still came right to the room door. The hotel is within walking distance of the city center, with a spacious, modern lobby and chill gigs on weekends. Our room was warm and nicely sized for two, with a comfortable, thick bed and a pillow menu. Breakfast had plenty of choice and seating, too.

The hotel was clean and modern, and our room was just the right size, with a lovely bathroom. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the receptionist who welcomed us was so lovely. I’m sad I didn’t get her name, but she’s the young lady with red hair! Staff were friendly at breakfast, which was great, and when I requested one of their special pillows, it was a real treat. I also used their WhatsApp service for help and they sorted it quickly and perfectly. My small gripes were people shouting on Saturday night and the shower towels being small. I’m sure they’d have sorted those too if I’d contacted them. Thanks for a perfect stay, and I hope to try more of the hotels!

The room layout is unconventional, but the hotel is spotless. When I walked in, it even smelled clean. The staff were extremely friendly, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. I’m glad we picked this hotel, and I recommend it!

The modern rooms often have panoramic views and good amenities, though some details, like separate toilets, may not suit everyone. Guests with an upgrade can use the Executive Lounge, which offers coffeemakers and free mini-bars. Costs can be high, so it may not be the cheapest choice.
