Mama's Design & Boutique Hotel

After a day of canceled flights and changed plans, I ended up in Bratislava instead of Poland, with no reservation. Maria welcomed me with a big smile just as they were about to lock the main entrance, offered me a room, and explained the hotel's amenities. She made such a good first impression that I knew I'd landed in the right place. I had lots of questions, and she was always ready to help with a smile. The staff were polite, kind, and helpful throughout. The room was much larger than I expected, with warm brown and yellow decor that felt welcoming. It had a comfortable, spacious bathroom, a work area, bathrobes, slippers, and an umbrella, which you'll need. There were different pillows to choose from, enough to satisfy even a demanding guest. The mini bar was well stocked, though I didn't use it. Breakfast was a delicious buffet with a range of hot and cold food, and the coffee machine made a great cappuccino. Noise seemed to pick up during the day, and you could hear everything, but it was very quiet at night. I was out most of the day, so that didn't bother me. I wish I could have stayed longer, and I'll definitely try to return.

A lovely little hotel, kept very clean and in good condition. The staff are friendly, and the rooms have everything you might need and are cleaned daily. Fitness facilities and a small spa are included in the price. Breakfast has plenty of variety and is fresh.

It was a really pleasant stay, and the staff were very kind. The apartment worked well for a family of five, and the breakfast was extraordinary.

We’ve stayed here twice and really like it. The spa is small but lovely, and the interiors throughout feel fresh and new. It’s a beautiful, comfortable place 🤗
