Vienna House Easy by Wyndham Bratislava

The hotel is near the airport and mall, the breakfast was normal, and the staff were friendly. Room cleaning could be better. There is no safe, so be aware that my gold ring was stolen from my room. The housekeeping manager tried to help by searching the room afterward, but it was too late. I'm really sorry this happened to me for the first time at this hotel. Update: Dear Team, Thank you for trying to find my ring. I want to clarify a couple of details because some of what was mentioned isn't accurate. The cleaning staff could access my room throughout my stay. I put out the “Do Not Disturb” sign only once, right at the start of this past month. I carefully searched my belongings and checked with the people who last saw me wearing the ring. I've concluded that I left it in the hotel bathroom with my watch. I didn't report it missing right away because I spent a few days trying to find it myself around my work schedule. Still, I'm certain I last saw the ring in the room, and I haven't worn it since. I want to believe people are honest, but unfortunately thefts do happen. I hope this clears things up.

Everything you need is there, from breakfast and evening meals to the bar and cafe. We arrived very early and were welcomed in for a coffee. The gentleman working on November 28th was an absolute gentleman, and he came over to tell me when my room was ready. I loved vienna house. I stay in hotels a lot, and this one is a gem.

We're a tourism company from Kosovo and have worked with Vienna House Easy Bratislava for a long time. Our groups are always very happy with the accommodation, food, and professional staff. They're a reliable hotel partner and consistently provide excellent service.

Our choir came to Vienna House Easy for an international competition and stayed for three nights. We weren't allowed to practice the day before because companies had booked all the conference rooms for Christmas parties. They could drink and make noise all night, apparently, but our practice was considered disruptive to other hotel guests even before 10 PM. Our sheets weren't changed once, and we had to ask reception for more toilet rolls. It felt like a double standard throughout.
