Come here to unwind and hike, not to get work done. Chata pod Čertovicou has almost no internet, which makes it easier to switch off and enjoy the surroundings.

I felt at home at Chata pod Certovicou and would happily stay again if I return to the area. The hostel sits in a lovely, quiet valley just below the Certovica bus stop, with lots of great hikes nearby. The hosts pointed out several routes and even offered me a lift to the start of one. Meals were simple but tasty, and after a long hike the little wellness area was great for a massage.
