The bed was noisy and uncomfortable, and finding the place wasn't reassuring either. When we arrived nobody was there, and our calls went unanswered. The outside looked abandoned, and the entrance was at the back. We won't be coming back.

It's right in the city center, close to the spa, and the staff are friendly and speak English, which is rare in Viennese Wednesdays. The place is clean and tidy, the air conditioning works with no extra charge, and it felt safe to leave our things at reception after checkout until our ride arrived. Top place 😁😊
