We stayed for three nights in August. We'd booked a double room but got a little apartment with a nice balcony. The pension is really well located in the old town, yet it's quiet at night. Breakfast costs an extra €4 per person and was very nice, with a traditional selection of mostly cold meats, cheese, salad, bread, eggs, sausages, coffee and juice. There's private parking at the back for eight cars, first come, first served. It's hard to find, so pull over outside at the front and ask reception for directions. The only downside was the shower gel. One small sachet per person wasn't enough for three nights, so we ended up using the hand soap. Otherwise, we had a really nice stay.

I've stayed here twice. It's nice, clean, affordable and very private, with a great location within walking distance of the centre and train station. There was a kettle and cup, but no coffee or tea at all. The TV didn't work properly and had very few channels, and the picture quality was poor. The room I had last time also had no curtains.

It's clean and cheap, and the staff can speak English. The TV only has Slovakian channels, and the internet is so slow that YouTube videos start buffering after about two minutes.
